GENERATION 9.8 - EIGHTH CHILD OF SAMUEL VANLEER

Hannah Vanleer, twin to Ann (Nancy) was born 2/10/1786. She married John (Jacob) Halderman in 1806. Mr. Halderman owned Hibernia Furnace in Pennsylvania.  They moved to Ohio before 1815 and then to Estill County, Kentucky. In 1820, the Haldermans moved to Hart County, Kentucky, and operated Aetna Furnace for a number of years. The spelling of the company in Hart County was "Holderman."
